No problem. A follow-up note:
While we have seen very impressive IO/s rates with heavy DB2 query activity, we are only seeing rather low IO/s and MB/s for backups. I have a theory that DB2's backup utility isn't good at parallizing its reads into the tablespaces; a lot of tricks have been tried, but it doesn't seem to help much.
I don't know Oracle's backup-utilities well, but you may want to beware of this.
