Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Understanding data requirements documented in the functional designs
and field mapping documents as the foundation for cleansing.
- Working with appropriate staff to profile data to discover
inconsistencies and other anomalies and cleanse the data.
- Assisting in the examination of data prior to and after cleansing
activities to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Assisting in the creation of a repeatable, documented processes and
tools for systematically manipulating the data.
- Validating that the data to be loaded into the system is correct,
ensuring duplicates and erroneous data is not included.
- Coordinating with internal and external team members to meet/beat
deadlines.
- Performing analysis and research required to support and inform both
cross-functional and enterprise projects.
- Assisting in the monitoring quality of data received from the lines
of business and work with business representatives to resolve issues with input data.
- Assisting in the transformation of data as it is processed and work
with appropriate technology teams to resolve issues with mapping, business rules and data derivations.
- Client is embarking on a transformation project that will enable
state of the art OTC and DSD capabilities for the Frito Lay division.
- As the project readies for Mock 1 test execution, it is determined
that additional resources are required to support the data readiness work stream.
- Individuals are being sought for a short term project that may
evolve to a long term role based on the capabilities and delivery against the defined deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 2 - 4 years of experience.
• Access.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written and listening skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process and assimilate detailed information, understanding trends in the data and data anomalies.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn support tools utilized for delivery of data cleansing.
• Detail-oriented, a quick learner and self-motivated.

Client is currently looking for individuals that have the:

• Ability or experience understanding data content and identifying opportunities in support of the defined business rules and data cleansing requirements to support data conversions / interfaces.
• Resolve to decipher highly complex data related problems and tasks including the analyzing of enterprise customer data to increase quality and accuracy for the project.
• Learn and use of Data Quality Tool to capture and identify the primary enterprise customer to support R7 Operational execution.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Some Experience / Knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data Management.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Work experience in client or other Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.
