If you google that with the quotes, it seems it is still there, apparently you need moderator permissions to actually view it.

Just a reminder in case anyone doesn't know, if you see any informative forums.oracle.com posts or metalink notes, keep them locally, they can disappear at any time. This goes double for your SR's.
