For what purpose? Oracle provides visibility to many of the in-memory and stored in the control and spfile structures via V$ views. You can find these views documented in your Oracle version# Reference manual.

The log miner utility package can be used to look at the contents of the redo logs.

The use of the above will not give you byte for byte storeage layouts but will give you the gist of what the is stored where and means to access much of it.
