I had been at a seminar where the speaker has his views on Why Oracle target Sun??

# 1 Get ahead in competition by Completing their suite. They have
middleware,Database and now hardware.

# 2 Break into Low end customer who think of MySQL in place of Oracle
by offering MySQL GPL. Build the relation and convert the prospect into Customer.

# 3 Most of the job portals are running on MySQL , so get their hold
too.

May be I am missing something.
