Duration :              6 months

Very sharp developing SQL databases but also .NET ext

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required.

An emphasis in specific functional area, such as finance, manufacturing, operations, logistics or sales and marketing or equivalent work experience and technical training, is preferred.

Typically requires a minimum of five years senior level experience in business application design, development, installation, and modification in an online environment. Highly desirable to have experience successfully working with end users to develop effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures. .
To build a MS SQL database to replace Technology Development's existing Lotus Notes based project tracking and reporting database, must also develop web interfaces for input forms and summary reports. The candidate must be a seasoned MS SQL database and web developer with skills in .NET or ColdFusion. Require excellent written, documentation, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
As team members and individual contributors, develop, maintain and enhance business applications, providing specialized technical or business knowledge to the project. Under the guidance of a Lead Software Developer, collaborate with company customers, staff, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to define detained customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. Act as internal consultants, providing technical guidance or business process expertise on the most complex projects or researching strategic planning matters from a technical or business standpoint. Assigned to projects within an assigned business unit or corporate department and utilize a variety of new computing architectures (e.g., client/server, intranet, Web) or mainframe platforms.
Identify causes and implement solutions to business problems in a multifunctional project, assessing and communicating issues of technology impact on the business.
