The number of rows you see in the example is coming from the select from the plan table.

My data is more like this,

identifier     status
-----------     ------
234343       AB
234343       ND
234343       TR
534343       AB
534343       ND

Now, I am applying row_number to order based on the status ordering by statu and selecting the first row.
