Well, I did that on Linux, but you have to buy support in order to do that. Once you install 10.2.0.4 patchset, it's no longer "Oracle XE". BTW, does anybody know anyting about Oracle XE version 11? Oracle obvisously doesn't consider Oracle 11 stable enough to base a freeware product on it.
