Size the environment according to capacity required, and buy
additional hardware.
OR, more importantly, TUNE the application and actually LEARN Oracle,
instead trying to save your butt by implementing 'workaround' after
'workaround'.
Apart from that, the hack you are proposing is an *OS* hack, not a database. You are barking against the wrong tree.
Given your posting history here probably this will not change, and you will continue to refuse to use proper procedures and reading manuals, until someone finally kicks you out.
