To download the software from Oracle support (metalink) you will need to have a metalink account which means you need to have a license for your software. If your employer was/is paying maintenance fees you have a license. If no one seems to know the metalink account information (if set up, id and password) first contact your accounting and look to see if you can find the original invoice which should list your CSI number. With the CSI number you should be able to set up a support account if one does not exist. If one already exists but you cannot get into it contact your Oracle represenative for assistance.

I add this information because I have encountered people who had support but did not know how to use it since the DBA who set it up was long gone.
