Oracle comes with the "Oracle Heterogeneous Services" (hsODBC) agent, but you need to establish a working ODBC connection to SQLServer at the O/S level to make it work.
In Linux this can be accomplished with UnixODBC+FreeTDS (free solution) or with commercial software.
AFAIR the hsodbc binary for Linux appears for the first time in release 10.1 of the RDBMS.
