Viewing server-side failover settings

I understand I can configure server-side TAF with DBMS_SERVICE.MODIFY_SERVICE. But how do I query current failover settings?

We have 11.1.0.6 Standard Edition running a 2-node cluster on SuSe 10. Apols for the newbie question but I'm new to RAC.
