Since it's Windows, you need to a set ORACLE_SID=$SID from dos. Otherwise you'll get a tns error when you try to do the above. In UNIX/Linux this is alleviated by running . oraenv. Received on Thu Oct 02 2008 - 07:11:52 CDT
