Thanks to both of you on your replies.

But after researching sys.COL_USAGE$, it is only populating how columns that are joined and in the where part of a query. This gives me a good idea of the columns usuage, but not a complete report on every column that is being accessed. I would also need the columns that are being returned in the dataset.

Any ideas on how to collect that. Do I have to create a trigger to collect it or enable some form of auditing feature?
