Two locations. Connected via 1 MBit/s.
Newest Oracle 10 EE will be purchased. Currently Oracle 9.2 EE.
Standby database shall be writeable in case of failover.
I think we should use synchronous Data Guard if the connection speed of 1
MBit/s is enough.
We will test it.
