This can be done a number of ways, depending on your setup and your level of expertise (...). Google the following for more information:
- expdp/impdp (10g+), exp/imp (9i and lower)
- transportable tablespaces
- RMAN can do backups (may be a little complex for novices, though)
- basic file copy of necessary DB files
You should tell us your oracle database version for a more detailed reply.
