Yes,
as far as I can tell there is no section in the Broker guide about where to change the log_arc_dest parms.
The one section that is related to this states that the dest_X parameters are built up dynamically as a combination of local listener address, SID, and DB_UNIQUE name for each database. But there is no explanation about how to correctly update the value.
