This position requires experience and knowledge of testing processes such as: test automation, code coverage, test case development, and other engineering best practices. The Software Design Engineer in Test should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and be detail-minded and self-motivated. Experience in software testing is required.
Knowledge of tool testing, UI testing, product deployment, setup, administration and management are all pluses.

Job Type: 6 Months Contract.
We are looking for an experienced Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET) whose primary responsibility will include performance testing our product offering as a whole for the next release. More responsibilities include:
1. developing automated tests for performance 2. assisting in the development of the performance testing infrastructure 3. filing well written performance bug reports 4. reviewing development and feature specs 5. creating performance test plans 6. testing performance bug fixes

• Demonstrated performance testing experience. o API o Network o Web Services • Demonstrated ability to deliver on time and proven success developing test automation. • General knowledge of software quality assurance practices. • Advanced programming skills in C# is required. • Advanced programming skills in the .Net Framework is required. • 2 years software performance testing experience is required. • 2 - 3 years in Windows client/server environment is required. • 2 - 3 years development experience using a MS product is required.Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of tool testing, UI testing, product deployment, setup, administration and management are all pluses.
