If you would have followed up only once what various people have suggested to you, and actually would have responded to questions being asked with answers instead of flames and insults, the issue would have long been resolved.
However, as you choose to stay stubborn, knowing everything better, where it is clear you know very little about Oracle, biting the hand which is trying to feed you, sticking to your 'preferences' your words about 'professionalism' sound rather shrill. I don't think you are a professional. You are one of the many so-called arrogant 'developers' who thinks all DBAs are stupid. Probably you hacked together an 'application' for SQLserver and you have 'ported' it to Oracle, paving the way to hell for your prospective customers. I have sympathy for them.
