Through spamming. That's the ticket. That's how all the most successful and popular websites got their start. Some zero-synapse person violating their Terms of Service Agreement with Hotmail spammed everyu usenet group they could spell. What a winning stratgy.

Would everyone please join me in writing a politely worded complaint to Hotmail asking them to enforce their Terms of Service Agreement on this spammer. Those of you with access to SpamAssassin please join me in getting this spammer's email blocked.

Below I have posted the information you need to put in your complaint so we can have him taken off the web. His ISP is in Germany so if you are in Germany please contact CNNTP directly.
