I just took a look at the code in the html-source and it seems to contain a (rather harmless) Trojan, causing an infinite number of windows to open in the browser.
It replaces some keystrokes.

From the databases:
JS/Winbomb is a family of simple trojans written in JavaScript. These trojans attempt to [open] an infinite number of browser windows. This may cause the browser to hang or crash.
