11g database controle - missing section Users & Privileges from schema section

Hello ,
referring to this section:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/11gr1_db/manage/dbconsole/dbcontrol.htm#t1t5 on the Schema tab - upper right section "Users & Privileges" is missing
When I'm logging in with user SYSTEM , I do not see the section Users & Privileges in the schema section.
has user SYSTEM insufficient privilege after installation? Received on Mon Apr 14 2008 - 08:04:05 CDT
