Hard to tell with the language issue, but it appeared either he was looking to hire someone for 10-12 hours worth of work using the model clause, or he had that much work and needed help with the clause. If the former (which the Subject implies, or maybe explicitly says), that would be clearly something for cdo.marketplace, and Daniel offering him help finding someone would be an all-too-human mistake by Daniel, as Shakespeare pointed out in a perhaps-appropriate cynical manner, and Daniel partially admitted to. But I personally think it is a good thing that Daniel used his noodle to evaluate the difference between a mindless spammer and someone who isn't likely to repeat, and didn't just blow the guy off. That behavior should be encouraged for treating newbies, as opposed to newspams. He didn't leave a trail for future newbies to follow in his original post, but that has been rectified by the rest of the thread.

So now, all is right with the world.
