Excellent.
Sometimes NICs are not the innocuous things they appear to be. There is a Data Guard issue with one specific model of Cisco switch. There have been numerous issues, in the past, with RAC and specific NIC features. Personally I find the fewest problems with Intel's cards but that may just be "true so far."
