That is irrelevant. The issue is one of law and DBAs, just like everybody else, make mistakes, judgment errors, and sometimes bad acts.

If you don't want to some day find yourself on the witness stand, under oath, explaining to a judge that you, and you alone, had the ability to alter data undetected you need to changing your thinking.

Hint: The judge will not be amused.
