This has become a disgusting display of arrogance and laziness run amok. Or a shining example of ignorance (or, possibly, stupidity, but I'll guess it's the former). All of these topics have been covered, NUMEROUS times, in this newsgroup, on the Internet (hence a search through would be beneficial) and in the documentation. If you're not too lethargic I would exercise those fingers and the brain attached to them and search the provided resources.
