I do not Oracle has published or ever will publish the actual detailed algorithm behind ASMM. Doing so would be of little benefit to the average database user though the low level details might be of benefit to the competition.

Oracle does provide views that allow a DBA to see what ASMM actions are currently in process and what ASMM activities have been done in the past, etc...: v$sga_current_resize_ops and v$sga_dynamic_components.

If you list the metalink notes you have read then board readers can compare the list to any the reader may have recorded or copied and may also recommend third-party articles on the subject that may be of use to you.
