Version information is relevant.

My testing of Oracle compression versus DB2 compression indicates that DB2 has some catching up to do.

But as gazzag indicates ... surely you are not considering a multimillion dollar implementation change solely on the basis of a few TB of disk. If that's the case I've no doubt someone at Oracle will gladly buy you the disk you need.
