Poking about trying to find that, I found this: http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/foreign/peterfoster/jan08/aggressive.htm This is what I'm referring to when I mention cultural differences in posts, trying to understand what is going on, especially with obnoxious Indian headhunters in the US. It helps explain why the Indian folk I've worked with have been perfectly fine, yet so many others online and in email seem just so aggressive, where assertive may be good but aggressive is bad.
