RAC backup questions

We just installed Oracle RAC(10.2) on linux.
We would like to backup the database for ASM disk and local disks at the same time, so that every nodes can have access to the backup and legato can have access to the file as well.
How could I ask RMAN to backup to two places at the same time? One is to +ASMBAK, one is to /legato/rman?
