EM 10g Active HTTP connections

Hello all
We have Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g. I'm quite surprised that the number
of active http connections grows regularly, at a rate of about 12/minute.
Today it reached 200'000. The only way we have found to reset this number is
to restart the grid. Is there another way to do this ?
