Install a non-virtualized version?

Linux cs-frank03 2.6.18-53.1.4.el5PAE #1 SMP Fri Nov 30 01:21:20 EST 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

CentOS 5.1 - make sure you do not enter the virtualization tab during install - or you'll get the xen version.
