Hi,
I have 10.2.0.3 on w2003
After some times (about one business day)
we get the following errors
ORA-12518 listener could not hand off
I tried :
DIRECT_HANDOFF_TTC_<LISTENER-NAME>=OFF
increase PROCESSES
with no success.
What can I do ?
