Execution plan - ORA-28113: policy predicate has error

Hi,
I am doing an execution plan from a schema for which RLS is enabled. But I am getting an error ORA-28113: policy predicate has error
The same query works fine if I execute it otherwise. It is only the execution plan which gives this error. Is there any way to generate execution plan for a schema where RLS is enabled?
Database - 10.2.0.3
