Reading the readme:
it seems we have to update the grid and the database after 10.2.0.2 install. http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oem/htdocs/gridR3_10203_readme.html Did you do the update ? Did it automatically update also the database ?

2.4 Optional: Upgrading Repository Database to 10.2.0.3 If you installed Grid Control 10.2.0.1.0 (10.2.0.2.0 for Windows) via "Enterprise Manager using New Database" option, your repository database version is 10.1.0.4. In order to upgrade your repository database to 10.2.0.3, follow the steps below after upgrading your Grid Control environment to Enterprise Manager 10g release 3.

a. Upgrade the database to 10.2.0.1
b. Install 10.2.0.3 database patch set
