You need to read the Concepts Guide, then the 2-Day DBA Guide, then you need more in-depth study as you have much to learn. Asking someone to give you a quick 'how-to' on OEM and what to look for among all of the nice graphs and reports is naive. And what, exactly, to look for varies depending upon how the database is used, how large it is, how many concurrent users connect to it, etc. Being a DBA is part art and part science, and you won't understand the art portion of the job until you actually perform in that role in some capacity.

Read the suggested material, then come back and ask questions on that which you don't understand. Search the group's archives for similar questions, as they have been asked numerous times and the answers are there, ready to read, no waiting. But, don't expect every 'answer' to apply to your situation as every database is different.
