Don't set it. Just remove it from the spfile (you will have to create pfile from spfile, remove the line from the pfile in a text editor, and create spfile from pfile, then startup).

Or else set sga_target to 0, it's your choice.

In any case you have some more config to do but that will get you working. Read on automatic memory management
