Obviously you need them, as well as a basic course in where objects such as packages, procedures, functions and the like are stored. They are not in any tablespace you can transport, they reside in the SYSTEM tablespace and you were directed to that information by Frank. I'm sorry that you couldn't understand that but do not lay the 'blame' for that on others who tried to explain the basics.

You were directed to the Concepts Guide, a specific reference in the documentation library. Reading responses carefully is key to understanding what they may mean and what information they may unlock.
