See metalink Note:260459.1 for how to deal with ora-600 errors. You would be well-advised to open an SR with support. If you are getting it after the db is mounted but not yet open, you might be having a problem with redo - guessing kcrf is like x$kcrfx at http://rootshell.be/~yong321/computer/x$table.html . So you might try taking a backup of what you have, then open resetlogs (you will have to recover first if the last shutdown wasn't normal - see your backup controfile to trace for an example). Oh, and you might look at the hardware where your redo and controlfiles are, too.
