If you dig a little deeper, you might find that it requires a fairly recent 11i patch set. And if you don't get 10.2.0.3, you'll get hangs.

If you cannot upgrade to 11i, you will not only be unsupported, but you will be in patch hell, if you can even get it to run at all.
