These are recyclebin objects and they've been in Oracle now for years. You might want to look around and see if you can find a class on Oracle basics for 10g as this is just one of a very large number of questions you are going to need to ask if you don't find someone to be your teacher.

Go to Morgan's Library at www.psoug.org and look up: Purge Recyclebin
