Appreciate Help with Query

Hello everyone.  I am pretty new to Oracle, so I'm hoping someone can
help me.  We have a table in our database, PHT,  with 3
columns...Photo_ID, Date and Photo.  The Photo column is a BLOB which
contains a jpg photo for each Photo ID.



Is there a way that I can export or extract each jpg from the
database, renaming it <Date>_<Photo_ID>.jpg, and saving each photo
locally?  Thanks very much for the help.
