Might be ... might not be. Depends on what they store on computer and what they store on 3x5 cards. Put your customer list into MS Access and you've potentially created a problem.

Again we all know the chances of prosecution are low. But they exist none the less and some smart attorney, some day, is going to hire a technology consultant and buy himself a new Ferrari taking advantage of those who he can catch.
