Disable Route through WLB to one of the 2 appservers to Discoverer

I have an appl server farm

On top there's a webcache loadbalancer, which divides routes to the 2 webcaches of
the local IAS instances
What I want is

• Disable the route to one of the appl servers for discoverer viewer and Plus ( is running on both midtiers ) So the loadbalancer should route to only 1 appl server
• Forms & reports ( also on both midtiers ) should be available on both appl servers

What's the best way to do this?
