Re: 11i EBusiness Suite - Can I change the IP address on the server?

I've changed IP on a small installation of 11.5.10.2 (db and app server on single host) without any problems.

Dan - Can you support why you say changing IP address of a E-Business suite server is a "really bad idea" and can you tell me you've never had any external (out of your hands) situations (through merging/ acquisitions) that neccessitated changing IPs - which undercuts declaring that the host should be present on the correct network from the start?
