Which I hope you can appreciate is meaningless in and of itself.

Two thoughts.
1. Find out what is actually being measured. 2. Determine whether it is affecting anything worth investing time in handling.

Excel spreadsheets are great a producing numbers. Too often they mean nothing. This may be a similar case.
