Problem with OEM grid Agent on Tru64

Hello,

I have installed OEM grid agent on Tru64 cluster server and evrything was ok but last time I can't start OEM grid Agent on one of three nodes.
When I have starting agent on this node I have something like that:

$ ksh -o emacs
$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
$ ./emctl start agent

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 10.2.0.2.0. Copyright (c) 1996, 2006 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved. Error reading /oem/agent10g/xewa.let.be.com/sysman/config/ emd.properties

when I try check status of agent I have identical information like that:
$ ./emctl status agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 10.2.0.2.0. Copyright (c) 1996, 2006 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Error reading /oem/agent10g/xewa.let.be.com/sysman/config/ emd.properties
$

File emd.properties never be change it's original from installation time.

When I try start agent I have change in log like emctl.log rest of the logs have old date like youse here:

What can I do in that situation give me some advice. On other two nodes agents start properly and everything is ok?
