Hi Jeroen,

I had never head of /etc/hostname before; my host name was in /etc/ hosts, but /etc/hostname did not exist. I tried creating that file and entering only my machine's FQDN, but that doesn't seem to have helped.

If I ever get this issue solved, I will certainly post the fix on the OTN as well.
