That was not in Oracle's announcement but will be immediately useful for DBAs and developers.

  1. A new pragma that inlines subprogram calls
  2. Compound table triggers
  3. The ability, within a loop, to continue processing at the top of the loop (two versions of the statement)
  4. New, more powerful, PL/SQL profiler
  5. New integer data type specifically designed for native compilation
