Modify trigger - Look

I have a trigger that I want to modify.



When I execute the alter script, nothing occurs. Sqlplus or Toad gets
frozen. It's if Oracle had a lock on the trigger. I have rebooted
Oracle server and nothing. I can't update the trigger script.



Some advice?
